How do I return an order? 

Know that to be able to return a product, it must be intact, that is to say in good condition and especially closed. Moreover, the return can be done within 14 days after reception of your package 🐶

When to return an order?

You can return the products you received for various reasons:

We will reimburse you the amount of the order (excluding return shipping costs) as soon as we receive it in our warehouses based in Herblay and provided that the package is in conformity.
