My credit card will soon expire, how can I update my banking information ?Updated a year ago
When your payment method is not up to date (expired card, general error...), the shipment of your next order will be in error.
You will receive an email as well as an SMS to remind you to update your bank details.
To unlock your order, you must update your payment method directly from your subscriber area.
For that, you just have to connect to your Franklin space and to go to the heading "My payment method". Finally, you have to click on "update", like on the picture below:
You just have to modify the information!
Once the payment method is updated, the debit of your next order will be automatically triggered in the following hours.
