I did not receive the product I ordered, what can I do ?Updated a year ago
Did you receive a product that you did not order? 😱
If the products you received do not match your order (rest assured this is extremely rare, we apologize in advance 💛), I recommend you to file a claim with our logistics team.
To do so, you need to go to the tracking link you received by email, and click on "Get Help" (see photo below).
You must then enter your name, first name and your email address in the corresponding fields:
You must then click on the heading "I did not receive all the products", as shown on the photo below,
You will then have to select the products you did not receive.
Cubyn will ask you for the invoice of your order, you can find it directly on the email confirmation of your order.
Finally Cubyn will ask you for your identity card and your bank details.
Don't panic, this is completely normal and secure! This will allow Cubyn to proceed to a refund, in case the products are out of stock.
