I'm convinced, how do I sign up? 

To subscribe to Franklin, you just need to place an order on our website choosing the "Subscription" option when adding the products to your cart, as shown in the picture below:

Once this is done, add the products to your cart, and you are all set!

How can I access my personal account? 

With your first purchase, your personal account will be automatically created in our system. Along with the order confirmation, you will receive an activation email to create a secure password to access your account.

Click on the link in the email, and enter your password. Confirm, your personal account is already waiting for you to adjust your subscription!

What is my personal account? 

The subscriber's area is an intuitive platform created by our team so that you can handle your subscription on your own. 

It allows you to have access to several sections, where you can modify your next order, remove unwanted articles, change your shipment frequency or update your payment method.

What happens concretely once you created your Franklin subscription ? 

Once your subscription is set up, you will receive an email or a text message before every  next order 48 hours before the scheduled date so that you have the opportunity to amend it.

On the shipping date, your bank account will be charged on the card securely stored in our system for the amount of the order. Your order will be prepared and shipped the same day by our wonderful warehouse in Herblay, France!

Last step, your order will be with you within 24 to 72 hours depending on the carrier chosen 🚚
